Hi there usergail,

Reconciling your accounts both in terms of using the bank feeds and the Reconcile feature within the Accounting tab is smart bookkeeping. QuickBooks Online makes it easy to complete the reconcile process, so you've made a great choice! I want to ensure that you're able to see the Payee column, so let me go over a few things.

If you're referring to the Payee in the bank feeds section of QuickBooks, it can be toggled on or off by accessing the small Gear icon above the Action column. The option to add the Payee column within the Reconcile page of the Accounting menu is found within the Gear located above the check mark column. You simply hit the Gear icon then make sure that the box for Payee has a check mark.

Since it sounds like this is what you've already been trying, I want to introduce you to some troubleshooting steps that you can take. Occasionally the images and files that are stored in your browser's cache can cause issues with the way you use and see QuickBooks Online. It's an easy fix though, so not to worry. The steps below should have things back up and running so you can add the Payee column within the bank feeds or during the reconciliation process.

Once you've competed the steps, attempt to check the Payee column again. I'm confident it'll show as expected. Let me know if there's more I can do to help. It's important to me that you're able to get back to business as soon as possible!
