Welcome to Community!  It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payments are received without delay, so you're books remain accurate and up to date.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

It's important that your Payments account is accurate to ensure you receive the payments from your customers.  Based on the description you've provided, I recommend taking a look at your bank account information and make any necessary changes as you see necessary.  If the account is correct, please contact us as soon as possible.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you in a private setting and look further into the situation from our end.  Your success is our number one goal and we'd love to help!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
