QB Upgrade

When I get money paid to me through Quickbooks, right now it takes two weeks to put in my bank. QB charges a monthly fee to upgrade to have it released to my bank sooner. How do I do this upgrade?

Hi there Peggy,

 

It sounds like you're using QuickBooks Payments Canada to accept your customer's payments for Invoices by credit card. This is a great way to streamline the process so that you can receive your money a little easier. Let me go over this with you so that you have a better understanding of how it works.

 

When your customer uses the option to pay you now using their credit card, you should receive your money within 2 business days. The first payment you process this way will take up to 6 business days, but once that's gone through the following transactions should be smooth sailing. If it's taking 2 weeks to deposit your customer's payments, there may be an issue that needs to be looked into by our Payments team. There isn't an upgrade with QuickBooks Payments in Canada that'll allow for faster money processing. Learn more about Payments by using the links below:
