Question

QBO can not find bank and credit card matching transactions. I have verified neither has been previously matched.

From within Bank Transactions/Credit card account/For Review it shows a $5,000 receipt
From within Bank Transactions/Bank Account/For Review it shows a $ 5,000 payment but when I click on "Find Match" for either line item it will not find its matching account, although they are clearly both displayed in the "For Review" category

Forgot to mention, this is just one example.  No transactions are visible between these 2 accounts

QuickBooks Online provides the option to categorize and match your transactions. However, you wont be able to match a transaction that is older than 6 months. If you require further assistance I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community so they can work directly with you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
