Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  Receiving a chargeback notification can be quite concerning.  When using QuickBooks Online Payments, Merchant services will notify you by email, and provide instructions along with the associated case number, and how to respond.  For this reason, I encourage you to review your email for any notification that has been sent.
