RBC business bank account

I cannot connect or see my RBC business bank account. Every other account including my personal or business credit cards show up, but not my chequing account. Is anyone else having this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks.

Welcome to Community!  Connecting your accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to upload your transactions effortlessly.  However, the issue you've described has been reported by other customers, so you're not alone.  I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They'll review your situation in more depth and add you to the current investigation, so you'll receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions so your accounts remain up-do-date.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
