Discrepancy are usually caused by having duplicate entries. Another reason could be that some transactions have already previously been reconciled or have been deleted. in order to better assist you, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to guide you in finding the reason behind the discrepancy.
