Question

Scotia bank accounts last updated on March 20th. I contacted QBO 2 weeks ago and they said they were working in it. Still nothing. Still paying for a useless service.

Hi there,

I know how important it is to be able to sync your bank account to the bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. This awesome time-saving tool makes it so much easier to enter transactions and reconcile your accounts. I'd be happy to shed some light on what's happening with Scotiabank.

Our engineers are aware of an ongoing issue connecting to Scotiabank, and we're working diligently alongside their team to have this back in working order in no time.

I know it's important to keep your account up-to-date, so I'd recommend manually importing your bank transactions while we work to get things back on track.

Here's how to manually import your transactions using a CSV file: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

I'm confident our engineers will have the connection restored very soon.

If you have any other questions, or if you'd like to be linked to the list of impacted accounts, please reach out to our tech support team

Have a wonderful day.
