Second small deposit hasn't came out and the first was 11 days ago. Trying to get my account verified to pay my staff.

Don't worry, I'll be glad to steer you on the right path so you can get the resolution you need. QuickBooks offers an efficient payroll module that makes it simple to manage your payroll and it's essential you get to reap all its benefits. 

 

If you haven't received the test transaction you can retrigger the test transaction again by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings ⚙️ icon, > Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Payroll, navigate to Direct Deposit.
  3. Click on Yes! Let's get started.
  4. Click the Edit button next to the Bank Account field.
  5. Enter the following number sequence into the bank account field: 123456789.
  6. Hit Save and close.
  7. From here, return to your Payroll Settings from the Gear icon and select Direct Deposit.
  8. Click on the Edit button next to the Bank Account field.
  9. Re-enter the correct bank account number and make sure you save the changes.
  10. This re-triggers QuickBooks Online to send the test transaction to your bank. I recommend waiting another three business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account.
