The bank statements are not automatically populating in the reconciliation screen? Does anyone know how to fix?

Hi alarson-targeted,

Having the option to view your statements to save time and effort during the reconciliation process is a great feature.  QuickBooks Online Plus has this capability.  If you're not seeing this option, it may be due to a couple of reasons.  I'd be happy to help!

One of the reasons may be your current subscription.  Here's how to check:

1. Click on the Gear in the top right

2. Go to Account and Settings

3. Choose Billing and Subscription

Review your current product.  If you don't have QuickBooks Plus, you'll need to upgrade for the statement feature.

The second reason may be in relation to your Financial Institution.  If you're getting an error message indicating 'no statements available' and your bank is TD, it's not you!  This has become a known issue and our Development Team are currently investigating the situation.  There's no ETA available at the moment and I recommend downloading your statement to a folder on your computer for easy access in the interim.

I hope you find this to be helpful.  Please feel free to reach back out if you need us.  We're here for you!
