Transactions not updating

I'm having an issue where when I update my bank in QBO it will update the balances, but will not bring over the transactions from my bank. What can I do to resolve this?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks online automatically updates your transactions when your accounts are connected.  I'd be happy to help!

 

When your balances are updating but your transactions are not, it's important to clear cache and try other browsers to see if you get the same result.  Recommended browsers include, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Private or Incognito.  If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you directly and investigate the unexpected behavior in more depth from our end.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions so your account remains balanced and up to date. 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
