Question

Trying to verify my bank. received the email from QB but link to verify is not working. Received two small deposits also into my bank account also.

Hello george-rependa-c,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll, requires you to verify two test transactions, so you're able to pay your staff with direct deposit, as scheduled.  I would be happy to guide you through the steps!

 

Here's how to verify the two small debits, charged to your account;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙️, then Payroll settings

2. Click on the Edit 📝 next to Bank accounts, then select Verify your account

3. Enter the two test transaction amounts in boxes (less than $1.00). Enter the cents only, without a dollar sign. (for example, 47 for $0.47)

4. Hit Verify.

You're all set!
