Unable to find match for banking item in review Quickbooks Online

Hoping someone can help with this!   I am having an issue matching two bank transactions that are showing in the for review tab for a previous employee paycheck.  I had an employee who was paid in two transactions on two separate days.  Their paycheck is showing in the charter of accounts as being paid for the full amount with no green box next to it.  The accounts are the same but it is older then 180 days.  How can i match these items to the paycheck?

Thanks for reaching out about your bank transactions. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked for your company. I can provide some information about matching transactions.

 

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't the ability to match two transactions from the banking tab to a single transaction already in the books. In this case, those transactions in the bank account would need to be excluded. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to see to assist in matching those transactions. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are considered by our developers when designing new features for the software.
