Question

Unable to withdraw funds, contact us message. Will not let me run payroll. I switched bank accounts. Have re entered all correct information and sent wire transfer

Welcome to Community!  It's vital that you're able to pay your employees as scheduled with QuickBooks Online Payroll.  I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction, so you can pay your staff on time!

 

First I would like to thank you for taking the necessary steps to resolve the situation.  To ensure you can proceed, I encourage you to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of Community.  They'll work with you on a personal level and review your concerns in more depth.  In addition they can escalate your situation accordingly, to ensure your QuickBooks Online Payroll is active as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
