Undeposited account will not show up in banking?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Using the Undeposited funds account is a great way to add multiple transactions to one deposit so it matches with your real life bank account.  QuickBooks Online has the versatility you need so you can reach your daily goals with confidence.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

After you've saved the transactions to your Undeposited Funds account, you'll see them listed when you're ready to record the bank deposit.  Here's how;

1. Open +New from the left menu

2. Select Bank deposit

3. Use the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into

4. Place a checkmark in the box beside each transaction in the list that you'd like to combine using your deposit slip as your reference

5. Hit Save and close or Save and new
