Managing your transactions has never been easier with QuickBooks Online. Based on what you've described, I recommend consulting an accounting professional for expert advice. If you're not in touch with one, I encourage you to search for one on our website using this link here. If you decide to delete the bank transactions, here's how:
- From the Banking screen select the relevant bank account, then select the For review tab
- Select the transactions you want to exclude > select Batch actions > Exclude selected
- Select the Excluded tab
- Check-mark the transactions you want to Delete
- Select Batch actions
- Select Delete
- A message will pop up asking Are you sure? These transactions will not be recoverable
- Select Yes.
