What can i do when i click reconcile, the screen is blank?

Allow me to share information about the problem you’re experiencing when reconciling the account.


We’ve received reports that some customers are unable to reconcile because no data are showing. Our engineers are diligently working to get this feature working again.


To make sure you'll get looped into any updates about the progress, I suggest you get in touch with our Customer Care Team. One of our specialists will gather your information in a secure environment and add you to the notification list.

  1. Click on the Help icon at the top.
  2. In the How can we help you? window, select Contact Us.
  3. Go to the Here’s how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about section.
  4. Choose how you want to contact support. For example, Call Us, Email Us, or Chat Now.
