What do I do if I can’t find my bank on quickbooks to connect with?

I put in a request but am unsure how long it will take to be resolved.

Explore MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

Thanks for reaching out here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, it allows you to connect your bank to your QuickBooks Online. It's important that you're able to connect the right bank so that your books can balance properly. I can provide some information about connecting banks to your account.

 

If you do not see your bank in the list of banks to connect, it means that your bank is not yet compatible with QuickBooks Online. I can see how having your bank connected to your QuickBooks account would be important to you. I recommend going to your bank website, copy the URL, navigate back to your QuickBooks account, Click on Link account. Paste the URL into the search bar in Find your account. If it is not there, you can use, still cant find your bank? to have our Engineers see if we can connect your bank.
