What is the status of the reconciling issue? We have not been able to reconcile any of our accounts for 3 months. Updates are still not being receivd by your engineers.

Being able to reconcile your accounts without issues is an essential step towards keeping clean books. I can see you've invested a lot of time into this and I appreciate your patience. Our engineers are still working on fixing this issue. I'd encourage you to keep an eye out for emails in a junk/spam folder. Important emails can sometimes get delivered to your junk/spam folder instead of the main inbox.
