    Hi @Maryam-Parhizkari,

    It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to manually upload your transactions when necessary.  I would be glad to provide more information, so you can complete the upload process seamlessly!

    Based on the details you've provided, I suggest reviewing the last transaction in QuickBooks, to prevent duplicate entries, prior to uploading the .csv file.  If the transactions are already in your books, this would be the probable cause as to why only 80 of them are being imported.

    Here's how to pick a start date:

    1. In your Chart of accounts, locate the bank or credit card account

    2. Select Account history

    3. Write down the date of the oldest transaction

    Following this, you'll want to edit your spreadsheet and remove any transactions that you do not need to import, in ensuring there will not be any duplicated entries.  It's important to remove all empty rows from the spreadsheet before proceeding with manually uploading your transactions.  Click here to learn how to resolve errors.  If you notice any duplicate entries, here's how to remove them:

    1. From the For Review tab, checkmark the box beside all duplicated entries

    2. Select Exclude

    Note: You can permanently delete the transactions from the Excluded tab by selecting all items and then hit Delete. This process is irreversible and any transactions deleted in error will need to be recreated manually.

    Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of the Community.  It would be our pleasure to work with you in real time and ensure you're able to complete your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible!

    Feel free to reach back out with any other questions.  We would be happy to help!

    @Maryam-Parhizkari

    You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
