When I go to reconcile my bank account, there are extra entries there that are not on my transactions list. How do I get rid of these?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to reconcile your account with confidence in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction, so you can accomplish your goals in a timely fashion!

Ensuring you're categorized and matched your transactions, will make reconciling a breeze.  this will provide you with the opportunity to review the transactions in your list, and remove any duplicate entries.  However, I feel you'd benefit from contacting us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will work with you in real-time, and ensure you're able to reconcile your account as soon as possible!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
