When I select the Reconcile option I get a screen prompting me to match the books to the bank records, see how it works and get started. I dont want to.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. Reconciliation is a great way to organize your finances and make sure they are accurate. You can simply click on "Get started" and the  prompt will disappear. After the prompt disappears, you shouldn't see it again.
