When i used to reconcile an account, it used to offer me a print out of the activity. No longer does this, why?

Hello marissal,

 

Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks community! I see you've left us a couple of questions and I want to make sure you have the answers you're looking for. I've removed your other post as I'll respond to both of them here.

 

When I look at your two questions, this one about reconciling and printing the activity  and the other about getting a blank page when you try to print a report, it makes me think you may be talking about the same thing. The reason I'm thinking this is because we've received other reports of users having issues with printing their reconciliation reports because they're showing up blank. Here's what we've found in looking into this issue.

 

This is primarily happening to customers using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac. The QuickBooks engineering team is doing a deeper dive to find what's causing this and resolve it, so in the meantime we're asking users to complete these sorts of reconciliation tasks by logging in via browser instead. This will allow you to continue working while we work on this.
