When is connection problem between Quickbooks and Manulife Bank going to be fixed?

Hi there, 


The bank feed is an important time-saving tool in QuickBooks Online that will make entering and reconciling your transactions a breeze. I can appreciate that you're experiencing an interruption in your bank connection, and I'd be happy to shed some light on the status of this issue. 

 

Our engineers have been made aware of an ongoing issue with Manulife and QBO bank feeds. I know how important it is for your transactions to be entered into QBO in order for you to complete your monthly reconciliations. I can assure you that we have all hands on deck working to get this connection restored, however there's no timeframe released by our engineers at this time. 

 

I'd encourage you to reach out to our tech support team directly in order to have your account added to the list of impacted accounts. That way, you'll be the first to know when this issue has been resolved. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend manually uploading your transactions using a CSV file download from your online banking site. Here's how to do that: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Once that's completed, you can then reconcile your accounts so that you keep up-to-date.
