Hello dee30,

QuickBooks Online bank feeds are so handy and save you tons of time entering transactions and completing your reconciliation. I'd be happy to explain what it means when you see "2 records found", and how to delete one if need be.

When QuickBooks looks for matches, it reviews the books for recorded transactions that might be a match. These transactions will appear in the Category or Match column, and it will say "# records found". You can click to expand the details, then click the link to the transaction in QuickBooks to take a closer look. From there, you can delete the transaction if you need to by clicking More > Delete

Keep in mind that these are just suggested matches, and it may not necessarily mean you've duplicated your transaction in QuickBooks. Be aware and only delete transactions if necessary.

To match your transaction with one of the records, check off the box and click Match. Or, click the "Find other records" button to search for other possible records.

I hope this helps get you back on track.
