Hello dawnderousie0626,

By connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Online, you can help cut down on the work you need to do in your books by easily adding or matching your transactions from the bank feed. Since these connections rely on an Internet-based link between QuickBooks Online and your bank account, sometimes there are errors that we need to sort out. I'll help you figure out what's going on.

Sometimes the connections issues can be easily resolved by clearing your browser or app's cache, switching browsers, using a browser instead of an app, and even verifying settings for things such as ad-blockers and firewalls. I've got an article that explains how to clear the cache, which also links to more information about supported browsers. Check it out here: How do I clear my cache and temporary files?

Next, you'll want to look for error codes during connection or for accounts that are already connected. QuickBooks often displays a message followed by a numbered code that you can search to explain what's going on in your account. For instance, if you see error (103), you can search community to find this article that walks you through troubleshooting: Fix banking error 103

When all else fails, get in touch with QuickBooks Online support. We can take a look into the back end of your account to figure out what's going on. If needed, we can escalate the issue to our engineers who can fix these kinds of things. Here's how you can contact support.
