Hi, I would like to know the difference between quickbook checking account and an other bank account. For example, I have in my account 1000 usd and I see in quickbook checking account for example 90 usd.

Is the 90 USD can I transfer the 90 usd in my account to obtain 1090 usd?

Is quickbook checking account a real account?

Thanks

It's great seeing you today. I've got insights and steps to help address your queries when handling funds in QuickBooks Checking.

If you've signed up for QuickBooks Payments, you may acquire a QuickBooks Checking account that can help your business complete financial management, cash flow forecasting, and interest-earning potential. QuickBooks Checking is a business bank account that is a monthly fee-free checking account where all customer payments get deposited. If you want to have your online banking account linked to QB Checking, you can visit Connect your online bank account to QB Checking outlined in this article: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.

Once integrated, we can transfer the amounts from your checking account to the connected bank account. To do this:

    1. Go to Banking Services, then select QuickBooks Checking.
    2. Select Transfer and click Transfer money.
    3. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
    4. In the From ▼ dropdown, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
    5. In the To ▼ dropdown, select your connected bank account.
    6. Select Next. Then, click Finish transfer.

I'll be sharing this reference for more detailed information: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.

Moreover, you can transfer funds instantly if QuickBooks provides eligibility to your account to send money using a linked debit card. Also, to get answers to your frequently asked questions, you may check out this guide: QuickBooks Checking FAQ.
