1099 in incoming forms does not show up "no tax forms for this customer" despite accepting the invite and already having an account?

Hi Scott, I’d like to explain how QuickBooks Online (QBO) processes incoming forms.

When you mention your customers, are you referring to vendors?

If so, once you've submitted the 1099 forms and the IRS has accepted them, your vendors will receive an email notification letting them know their forms are ready for download. 

After they receive this email, the forms will then be available in your incoming forms section for you to download.
