1099 NEC
I followed the steps mapped out in the "create and file 1099 QB online". i got through the first two steps 1 select accounts, 2 review recipients (all was correct), 3 preview forms was completely blank & said no vendors match (BUT they were listed on the preview step).
If i go to the tab that says Taxes/1099 filings, under status it says sent and i can view them under actions/view. i can also view summary and see the details there.
however, i spoke to one of our employees and she has not received the email from qb to be able to download a copy of the 1099.
how can i be sure they were filed and sent to the employees? i know it says sent but i never got to finish the steps. its almost like there was glitch in the system.
