Hello there. Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. I'm here to answer your queries about transferring from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

When switching from QuickBooks Desktop ( QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), please know that your books may appear differently and some data can't be transferred.  Both use different terms, menu options, features, and other list items.

With regard to your first quarter's form 941 not being transferred to QBO, I'd like to include that these forms can't be transferred and will only remain on your desktop file. You may refer to this article to know more about how your books were moved: Learn how features and data moved from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

If in case you want to have a copy of that form in the future and you already can't access your QBDT account, you can go ahead and reach out to our support team so they can archive it for you.

Since you've just transferred to QuickBooks Online, I'll be providing this helpful page where you can always browse our helpful video tutorials and handy articles that you can use as guides in performing QuickBooks tasks: Learn about QuickBooks Online with how-to videos. With this page, you'll learn how to run your business in QBO from setting up, selling things, managing  your expenses, and such,

Please don't hesitate to hit on the Reply button if you need further assistance in managing your data or need help understanding how your data were moved from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. I'll be right here to help you thoroughly. Take care and have a good one.
