Question

2 of my employee direct deposits are not shown in my QB Banking register. The employees did receive their paycheck and the amounts are deducted from my bank account.

Payroll reports in QBO show both these employees were paid, the only place not reflecting it is in my QB bank register for my payroll account

In some cases, the filter options can affect how the data is shown in the bank register. Thus, please make sure to select or check your settings to get the data you need.


Here’s how you do it:

 

  1. Go to Bank Register and select your payroll account.
  2. Click the Funnel icon, then change or review the filters.
  3. Press Apply after.

 

If the settings were configured correctly and the issue remains, you can open your QuickBooks Online account through an incognito or other supportive browsers to sort this out. Doing so prevents data issues and helps run the program efficiently.
