Yes, you can still file your payroll tax form from 2019 @marinbpojesalyn-. Let me elaborate on things further for you.

This specific process may vary depending on the state and the type of tax form. Since QuickBooks Online Payroll doesn't currently handle late filings, you can get the form outside of QuickBooks.

You can run Payroll summary report and enter the data based on this report. This will display the payroll wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions. Here's how:

  1. Open the Reports menu and select Standard.
  2. Scroll down to the Payroll section, then click on Payroll Summary. You can also enter the report name in the search field to find it.
  3. Set a date range, then hit Apply.
  4. If you want to include or hide a specific detail in this report, tap Customize then Run report.

You can also create a payroll summary report by employee to get a payroll summary by employee if you need to view the payroll wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions totaled by employees.

Finally, contact your relevant tax agency or a tax professional so they can guide you on how to proceed with filing a late payroll tax form.
