I've got some troubleshooting steps we can perform to show the city, state, and zip address on the pay stub, mathpdaes.
Let's make sure were enter the address on the Contact Information page. This will show when printing the pay stub.
Here's how:
- Go to Company on the top menu.
- Choose My Company.
- Tick the Pencil icon on the Company Information page.
- Select Contact Information and make sure the city, state, and zip address are entered.
- Press OK.
Then, we can go to the Paystub Printing Preferences to ensure the Company address is enabled. Let me show you how:
- Go to File on the top menu.
- Choose Print Forms.
- Select Pay Stubs.
- Tick the Preferences tab.
- Make sure the Company address is selected.
- Press OK.
Then, try printing the paystub again.
