940, 941, W-2, W-3 and other payroll filings not showing up

I do accounting for about 10 companies and where 7 of them have payroll, 6 out of 7 of those companies are missing almost all payroll filings. The only reports is showing up is the State Unemployment tax report. I'm missing 2023 940, Q4 2023 941, W-2s (A, B and C), W-3, and couple of other state filings like the FMLA and WA CARES (I don't really need those 2 but they are still not showing up).

I called support and they were able to make my 940's and 941's show up for 2 of my companies and another person said the W-2's won't show up till Jan 15th, although my 1 company that is ok has them showing up so I feel like she just said that to get rid of me, we'll see tomorrow if they show up. I waiting a few more days to see if this was some kind of glitch and if the reports will show up again but nothing yet.

I know at least another 1 or 2 people were having similar issues in the forums, but wanted to post this here as our problems didn't seem to be exactly the same.

Anybody else having this issue?

I understand the importance of payroll fillings in QuickBooks Online Payroll. For now, I suggest contacting our payroll support team again, to follow up on your case and further check what's causing this to determine possible solutions.

Here's how:

Go to Help.
Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
Type in your issue or concern in the field.
Hit Continue.
Click the Chat or Callback option.

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

I was able to get help however it was not all correct. The person that helped me was able to make it so all the reports showed up as archived. This is ok for most of the reports as I can print and file them. However for W-3's I need to be able to print them on a special paper and the reports are showing up as Employer Copies and already filed. This means I have to somehow edit these in adobe editor or use some other tool to be able to print these to file with the state. I have to do this for about 7 clients which is going to take several extra hours of work in already very busy time period.

If this issue happens again in the next quarter I will be forced to take all my clients and switch to a different online accounting service.

So I've had this issue with 1 of the 2 companies I work for. I had an online chat with an agent that didn't fix it but was told the the support team was working non-stop to fix it. This was a week ago. Still nothing. So, I noticed something that popped up every now and again saying the primary officer needed to sign something. I've filed the last two 941s with no problem so it didn't resonate that maybe this was the issue. I finally went in and did that step. After primary officer was verified, reports showed up. Took maybe 5 minutes. Very frustrating but hopefully I've fixed the problem. Why Quickbooks support didn't know this is puzzling. Hope this was an easy fix and helps you too.

Seems like Intuit is having an issue displaying the Archived forms. I opened a support ticket and they were not able to help. All I have been getting for 3 weeks is the message, " Please try again late. It's not you, it's us. We are working on the issue." Pretty lame

For now, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team to have your account information added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates regarding the status of the investigation and ensure you'll get back to business. Here's how to reach them:

In your QBO account, click the Help icon and select Contact Us.
Enter your concern and click Let's Talk.
Select Start a chat or Get a callback with a support expert.

Moreover, you can run specific payroll reports to help review your business finances and ensure you'll able to access your previously filed tax forms and payments in your account.
