Reply to Candace C regarding refund of 941 overpayment.

 

Let her know that I am NOT wasting any more of my time contacting QBs about this issue…..b/c what THEY need to do is offer a “refund” option for the “Resolve Overpayment” area of QBO when a 941 tax is overpaid in a quarter.
