Access camera in QBO workforce App

Does anybody know where to turn on permissions in QBO workforce so camera is available to snap pic? I have one client using the feature and they can’t remember where they found it. Any help appreciated🤣

Good day, mmp1865.

 

I've got the steps on how your client can attach a photo to their QuickBooks Time account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On their QuickBooks Time account, go to Time Clock.
  2. Tap Clock In.
  3. Under ATTACHMENT, tap the + icon.
  4. Tap Take photo or Select photo.
  5. Add a caption to the photo and then tap ADD PHOTO.

 

I've also added a few links that contain information on managing time off in QuickBooks Time:

 

 

You can post in the forum whenever you have concerns about keeping track of your client's QuickBooks Time account.
