Accidentally deleted Quickbooks payroll service records

I had to restore all payroll data but this morning I accidently deleted 3 payroll services liability checks. 

I used audit trail to view them but unsure how to enter them. HELP PLEASE

@Katie D CWL  The most straightforward way would be through the Create Custom Liability Payments window.

 

This can be found under the Employee menu at the top of your QB Desktop program.

 

Specifically, Employees>Payroll Taxes and Liabilities>Create Custom Liability Payments.

 

Once you click on Create Custom Liability Payments, a window will open up for you to select the date range relevant to the Liability Check you need to recreate. For instance, 1/1/2025 through 3/31/2025 for Q1 2025.

 

Once you select your date range and click OK, a Pay Liablities window will open. You can select the liabilities you need to recreate, preferably one at a time, select the payment date, and that's it. Click Create and you're done.
