Accidentally paid the same pay period twice
Hi all,
We're using QB Premier with Enhanced Payroll. Today, I realized that the payroll check I printed yesterday was for 2 weeks ago, which was already paid. So, I haven't paid for last week, but have paid twice for the previous week.
Both checks have already been deposited, so what's the easiest way to fix this? Is there some way I can change the payment to apply to this week instead? One further complication is that the amounts for the two paychecks are not the same - the one I double paid is a larger amount than the one that I should have paid.
