How do I add PROJECTS to the main menu at the left? The recent update to this menu is AWFUL in that it's not customizable other than adding or deleting the predetermined items they have. And NO, bookbarks slammed at the bottom is not a solution to this. I want PROJECTS up top and primary!

Hello there, @jeddinger.

Let's send feedback or product recommendations to help improve the features and your experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, with the most recent QBO update, you'll have to bookmark Projects so you can add it to the main menu at the left.

I can see how the benefit of being able to add Projects as one of the primary menus would aid you in tracking your profitability with QBO. With this, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations. We'll take them as opportunities to improve the various features of our products.

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team and will help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Also, you may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in managing projects in QBO: Use projects in QuickBooks Online

On top of that, I'd also recommend visiting this page to keep you updated with the latest software improvements and enhancements with QBO: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have other Projects concerns or questions about tracking your job costs in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and have a great day, @jeddinger.
