Add time to project feature is not working. Is there a fix for this?

From the project details screen, choosing 'Time' from the 'Add to project' dropdown takes me to a new page with '.../timeactivity?t=s&customerID=..." in the URL. This page does not load. The same load error happens when I try to open a time entry line item from a time report. I need to add time to projects and edit project time which I can not do because the page will not load. I tried in private browser to clear the cache with no luck.

I’ve checked our resources and verified that there’s an on-going report about adding time to projects. With this, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team so they can add you to the list of affected users. Rest assured that this is prioritized and you'll be able to get updates when a solution is available.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select either of these to start: Assistant or Search.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
