Adding New Employees

I've been dealing with this issue for over thirty days now. Spoke with support of two occasions. Ever since QB updated the employee interface with the new popup screen I have to call support to add a new employee and it's getting old.
Both support staff personnel told me they would raise the issue up, but I still don't see a new change.
The issue is when I go and add the employee info on the first popup screen there is no button to complete the task.
I've attached a pdf file to see the screen.
I need to add an employee and I don't want to be on the phone for another 45 minutes.
