Address labels for ending tax year emplolyees

Is there a way to print labels for all employees during a tax year? I can find how to do print out labels for current employees, but want to print out address labels for all employees that worked in 2024. The envelopes show the employee's SSN through the window, so wanted to put in other envelopes and use the labels to make it easy. Has anyone figured out how to do this? I tried to export employees to maybe import into my Dymo label software, but it only does employees that are currently employed.

    I found a fix. I did a W2 list of employees and deleted the columns I didn't need by leaving just the addresses. I had to combine columns and do some manipulation (adding spaces so the addresses would print correctly. Then I chose the Dymo Label option on the top of the Excel spread sheet and choose to print. It worked!

    1. Sign in to your QBDT account.
    2. On the menu bar, click Help.
    3. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
    4. Click the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window display.
    5. Enter your feedback suggestion.
    6. Click the Send Feedback button.


    Once done, our designated team will review it. You can track your future requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
