It's nice to see you here, @marty.guttsen.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can void or delete the payroll check. However, if it was processed through direct deposit, your option depends on its status. I'll share with you some hints about voiding or deleting payroll checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The Delete option appears if the direct deposit has not been processed yet or the paycheck is not a direct deposit. And, Void if you indicate that the check has been cashed.

If the check was processed through direct deposit, I recommend connecting with our Payroll Expert to void or delete the paycheck for you. To contact support:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Click Help (?).

3. Select either tab to get started:

• Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.

• Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.

• Get a callback from the next available expert.

Our Support Team is available every Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start and every Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Any day or time for QBO Advanced.

On the other hand, here's how you can know more about deleting or voiding employees' paychecks in QBO.
