Question

After adding the shopify channel to quickbooks online, I'm now seeing everything from Shopify duplicated in the commerce section of quickbooks. How do I fix this?

If you have identical products in QuickBooks Commerce and your Shopify has different SKUs, duplicate products will produce. To remove a duplicated product, you need to delete the product in Shopify or disable the product sync in QuickBooks Commerce.

 

If you're referring to the duplicated transactions reflected in QuickBooks Online from Shopify, here's how to exclude them from the banking page:

 

  1. Go to Banking, then select the transactions in the For review tab.
  2. Select Exclude.
  3. Go to the Excluded tab, then locate the duplicated transactions.
  4. Select Delete.
