After I add an employee to QB it does not migrate to tsheets

Need answer to employee not migrating to tsheets

Congratulations on hiring new employees, margie-centralfl.
 

Recently added workers in QuickBooks Online should automatically show up in QuickBooks Time. Have you tried using an incognito while working in the program. You can also switch to a different browser if you have several options in your computer? Browser issues can at times cause sync errors between QBO and QuickBooks Time. 

 

Follow these steps on how to switch to a private or incognito browsing session:

 

  • Ctrl Shift  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 

After logging back in, follow these steps on how to look for them: 

 

  1. Go to the My Team menu.
  2. Proceed to the All team members tab.
