We can update your bank account in the Payroll settings and delete the incorrect paycheck, which will allow us to recreate a new one, CREATIVEHAIRDESIGNINC.

Please note that when updating your bank account in the Payroll settings, only new created paychecks will be affected by these changes. To correct the bank account in your payroll settings. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Scroll down, look for the Accounting preferences, and click the pencil icon.
  3. In the Paycheck and payroll tax payments section, click the pencil icon.
  4. In the Checking Account drop-down arrow, select the correct account.
  5. Click the Save button followed by the prompt message and tick Done button to confirm the changes.

After that, let's delete the incorrect paychecks:

  1. Navigate to the Payroll section, then click on Employees.
  2. Choose the Paycheck list option under Run Payroll.
  3. Find the paycheck, and next to the Print pay stub option, click the dropdown arrow in the action column.
  4. Choose the Delete option, then there's a prompt to confirm the deletion. Click the Delete button to proceed.

After making the necessary changes, you can now generate a new paycheck for your employee.

For more detailed information, you can see this article on how to fix an employee paycheck: Edit, delete, or void employee paychecks.

Moving forward, you'll be able to reconcile your bank account and see updated data that matches the corrections.

QuickBooks Online is sooo lame! Using QuickBooks Desktop, all you'd have to do is edit each check and change the bank account.
