All my payroll paperwork is showing an old office address (We moved 3 years ago). In my QBO settings, the current address is updated. How do I change it everywhere?

The old address shows up only on the payroll side of QBO. I asked customer service (BTW, useless and a waste of time) and they said it was fixed, which it's not.

I want to fix the company address issue as soon as possible because I know how important this information is. This way, your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) papers will be using the correct address in no time. 

 

QBOP settings should be updated as well, so the papers will be up-to-date in no time. If you haven't done anything yet, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Payroll Settings
  2. Select Setup and click the General Tax Information hyperlink. 
  3. Modify the address if necessary and click OK

 

Please note that you may be required to submit additional documents for these updates. If you want to update your filing address, complete the IRS Form 8822-B first, then contact us.
