Let's perform a couple of troubleshooting steps to make sure you can view your information in your QuickBooks Online (QBO), info-lidlocs.

 

Before we proceed, may I know what information you're referring to? Any additional details will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

 

In the meantime, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If they're now showing, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the them same thing happens, let's use other supported browsers.
