All tax info disappeared from Payroll Online

HI - a few days ago I contacted Quickbooks customer service because all of the tax information on my Payroll account (all previous records of filing paperwork and paying payroll taxes) had disappeared.  I spent 90 minutes on the phone with help and they said their engineers would work on fixing it.  I have not heard anything.  Has this happened to anybody else?  Any recommendations?
