Anyone else having problem with the app not keeping track of their mileage? If not why would mine be the only one as I have all the settings correct and understand the ap

Thanks for posting here. Let me share some details about the mileage tracking.

 

It's great that you're able to check the settings and verified that all are correctly set up. Still, I suggest you check this link on how to resolve mileage tracking errors: Fix mileage tracking issues in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

Also, this has been escalated already and our engineers are now fixing it. You'll want to contact our Support Team so they can add your company info to the investigation.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Mileage Auto-tracking".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

 

As a workaround, you'll want to track them manually. This is just temporary until everything will be fine. Open your account using a browser. From the Mileage menu, click the Add trip button.
